This is a group course for adults who are in the process of assuming full responsibility for themselves – with a wide variety of symptoms. It consists of four modules. There is space for exercises, exchange and silence.

A recurring focus is to reconnect with one’s own sources of strength. Systematic tools are given for each step of the learning process. The examples brought along (problems are welcome!) are used to practice how to apply them.

Here, spirituality and psychology meet. It is a part of the yoga path called „Svadhyaya“ – „Exploration of the Self“. The overall aim is to get to know oneself more deeply („self-consciousness“) and to find out how to deal with oneself in a way that it feels good – also in the long run.
